SpaziØrsoEdu open to the public

From 1st May, 2025

The MAV – Museum of Traditional Vallée d’Aoste Craftsmanship has opened to the public the SpaziØrsoEdu, a new educational and experiential center located in the heart of Aosta, inside the historic Collegiate Church of Saints Peter and Orso. This new space complements the existing offering of the MAV, creating an integrated educational hub dedicated to Vallée d’Aoste craftsmanship and local traditions.
The center is designed to meet the needs of two target audiences: on one hand, families with children aged 0 to 3 years, for whom sensory experiences are offered that do not focus on creating objects, but on exploring local raw materials through the five senses, stimulating the natural curiosity of the youngest; on the other hand, teenagers aged 12 to 16 years, who will finally have a space dedicated to learning craft techniques where they can experiment and put their manual skills to the test. Educational activities at the new space will begin on Saturday, March 1, 2025.
