Educational services

Our mission: to teach manual skills

The museum’s educational offering aims to make children the real protagonists through proposals that stimulate the curiosity of the little ones towards artisan culture. In our educational spaces, schools, families, young people and adults can discover multidisciplinary paths, visits and workshops, fun and educational. Active participation, experimentation and play are key elements of our teaching, which aims to learn while having fun, in a playful and educational setting.
Engaging activities for children and their families allow them to delve deeper into the themes present in the MAV collections, in temporary exhibitions and in Aosta Valley craftsmanship in general, following the personal curiosities, skills and inclinations of young and old visitors.

Our educational spaces

The museum manages two educational spaces, which are complementary to each other: the MAV Educational Carpentry Shop and the SpaziØ.
