THE GOALS OF COMMUNICATION
Communication is not what we say, but what reaches others.
The objectives in corporate communication are constituted by the set of methods through which a company communicates itself, understood as identity, skills and capabilities, both internally – to maximize the contribution offered by those who work in an organization – and externally – to the plurality of the public, which has interests in its activity (B2C marketing), to commercial partners (B2B marketing) or to the media (PR).
