Lacemaking in celebration, an event dedicated to the art of lacemaking

On Saturday 14 October starting at 3 pm, with the event “Merletti in festa”, the MAV exhibition space will be a single large lace workshop with demonstrations of artisanal workmanship from Italian and transalpine associations. And for the little ones, two educational workshops entitled “Intrecci” are scheduled to experiment with fine manual skills.
A day dedicated to the ancient art of lace, a widespread artisanal heritage throughout Italy, to conclude the exhibition “Merletti, fili che uniscono”.
