The success of ArtigianImpresa

Spring air and news for L'Artisanà

ArtigianImpresa is a project born in 2022 with the aim of providing free consultancy to those interested in the traditional Aosta Valley craftsmanship sector.
The first edition of the project allowed girls and boys under 30 interested in the field to participate in several personalized meetings with the aim of transforming their passion into a real job and led to the opening of five new young businesses, three of which also became L’Artisanà suppliers. Furthermore, it also supported already active artisans for a total of 25 total businesses involved.
The current edition, “ArtigianImpresa 2.0”, not only helps new entrepreneurs deal with administrative, bureaucratic, organizational and commercial problems, but also delves more specifically into issues related to communication, promotion, marketing and social media.

New artisans who contribute

We are pleased to inform you that you can find the products of two new artisan suppliers at our stores and corners!
Cristina Costalaia entered the world of craftsmanship almost by chance: as a hobbyist she attended courses in decorative carving organized by her Municipality and was so involved and fascinated by it that she decided to turn it into her profession. She creates plates, bowls, clocks and furniture objects carved in Gothic and floral style and mountain landscapes in bas-relief.
Barbara Caratti has loved wood since she was a child: originally from Acqui Terme, she moved to Valle d’Aosta to learn how to work it. What Barbara loves about sculpture is seeing the wood take shape: starting from her imagination, it slowly transforms and comes to life in the form of the little animals in pine wood with modern lines and lamps with precious decorations that she creates.
