During the month of November, the MAV – Museo dell’Artigianato Valdostano di Tradizionale closes to the public to dedicate itself to its heritage.
This autumn month has always been dedicated to the care of the collections: the works of the MAV are subjected to inspection, cleaning and maintenance conservation. The task of every museum is certainly to enhance and disseminate culture and make its collections accessible, but it is first and foremost to take care of its own heritage. The latter belong to the community and it is a duty for a museum to commit to their protection.
Our museum will reopen to the public on December 1st.
