PELLEGRINO Margherita

Margherita’s passion for weaving was born completely by chance. At twenty, her mother persuaded her to join her at a weaving course in Biella: although her knowledge was very limited, the moment she picked up the shuttle threaded with wool she felt as if she had always done it, immediately understanding the interplay between warp and weft without the need for many explanations. Two years later, her parents gave her a loom and, thanks also to another course, she began her journey as a weaver in the time she managed to carve out. In 2025, her life changed radically: she chose to leave her job and start a project that allows her to be an artisan in every sense. Her harmonious creativity now finally finds the right time to express itself.

BAL Claire

A degree in automotive engineering in the drawer, then a career in various national newspapers. At the age of 40, however, Claire decided to leave journalism to devote herself to what she had always wanted to do: creating ceramic works with her hands.
Her focus is on interior decoration: decorations, centrepieces, lamps, paintings, but also everyday objects.
In her workshop in Nus, Claire mainly uses stoneware, which she models both on the potter’s wheel and on a plate, also using a special bending technique she developed.
She loves the depth and versatility of high-temperature glazes, particularly in shades of blue.
Attention to aesthetic rendering is her hallmark.
