Aosta

The L’Artisanà shop in Aosta was relocated in May 2025, leaving its historic premises under the arcades and returning to the space at 37 and 39 Chanoux Square, which once housed the “Bottega d’arte paesana” of Jules Brocherel—a key figure in the research, collection, and documentation of traditional Aosta Valley crafts.
The new shop features completely renovated furnishings and a modern layout, designed to highlight the wide variety of local artisan techniques and to emphasize the uniqueness of each object, raw material, and production process.
The large windows overlooking the square serve as a true permanent exhibition of local craftsmanship: a transparent, light-filled space where onlookers, passers-by, and visitors can be drawn in by the quality, authenticity, and beauty of the creations on display.
